Main  Activities:

·  Develop  documentation  associated  to  Quality  Management  System  to  be  applied  at  ABEC  (Manuals,  Procedures,  Instructions,  Reports,  etc.)
·  Develop  the  training  materials  and  provides  training  on  QMS  procedures  to  the  company  employees.
·  Participates  to  the  development  of  engineering  procedures  to  be  applied  at  the  company.
·  Participates  in  the  development  of  project  Quality  Plans.
·  Conducts  regular  internal  reviews  and  audits  for  monitoring  QMS  processes.
·  Prepare  and  participate  on  external  certification  body  audits  as  required
·  Participates  to  the  definition  of  actions  to  implement  continuous  improvement  within  the  company  and  follow-up  the  improvement  plans  and  actions.
·  Organizes  and  compiles  Monthly  Quality  reports.
·  Participates  to  QAN  organization  and  meetings  and  documents  the  minutes  of  QAN  meetings.
·  Participates  in  the  development  of  measurement  efficiency.
·  Participates  and  supports  the  Airbus  China  Environment  Management  System  Operations.
·  Follow  up  the  improvement  plans  and  Actions.
  

  

Qualification  requirements:
  
?    Bachelor  degree  above  with  aerospace  engineering  background  or  equivalent
?    Above  1  year  working  experience;  fresh  graduate  also  can  be  considered
?    Familiar  with  Quality  standards  (ISO9001)  and  quality  tools
?    Familiar  with  Quality  management  basics,  process  approach,  process  engineering  and  control.
?    Internal  audit  skill  and  experience  is  a  plus
?    Proficiency  in  Microsoft  Office  application  skills  and  basic  VBA  programming  skills
?    Good  communication  and  interpersonal  skills,  detail-oriented  and  organizational  skills
?    Good  command  of  both  written  and  spoken  English.
?    Able  to  work  independently  and  prioritize  work  efficiently.
