【岗位职责】
根据生产计划，雷达罩、操作舵面等飞机部件日常复合材料修理工作
监管学徒的复合材料修理工作
提供复合材料修理基础操作培训
保证工作符合公司质量政策/程序和环境健康安全政策
维修用工具设备的日常维护保养
完成主管要求的其他任务
【任职资格】
航空专业职业学校大专以上学历，相关飞机维修专业毕业，可接受毕业生。
扎实的复合材料结构修理基础理论知识和出色的动手能力。
熟练阅读维修手册。
掌握附件维修常用材料、流程、方法和工艺的知识
基本的计算机应用能力。
有团队精神。
2  年以上航空复合材料修理工作经验。
具备一定的英语听说读写能力。
Job  Title:  Composite  Repair  Technician

Department:  Production,  Airframe  Related  Components
Report  to:  Team  Leader

【Responsibilities】
Composite  material  repair  for  various  structural  parts  of  aircraft,  such  as  Radom,  flight  control  surface,  etc.  
Responsible  for  supervising  the  composite  material  repair  of  apprentices
Be  able  to  provide  the  training  of  basic  practice  of  composite  material  repair
Ensure  the  compliance  of  performance  with  LTS  Quality  policy/procedure  and  EHS  policy.
Routine  maintenance  of  repair  tools  and  equipment
Other  tasks  assigned  by  Team  leader.
【Qualifications】
Aviation  professional  school  education  background,  college  education  or  above.
At  least  2-year  working  experiences  of  composite  repair  in  the  field  of  aviation.
Fluent  reading  of  CMM,  SOPM  and  SB.  
With  strong  basic  theory  knowledge  of  composite  structure  repair  and  excellent  workmanship.
Basic  knowledge  of  computer  applications.
Team  Spirit.
English  reading,  writing  is  necessary.
