机械设计工程师-工装夹具

岗位职责:
*  根据产品工程师或新能力建设工程师的要求，设计并改进用于各技术的工装夹具，如液压，气动，电子，油泵等；
*  与采购部门合作，监督正在进行的项目，定期检查工装制作状态，当项目运行中出现问题或有新的改善时，及时提出解决方案；
*  与产品工程师，新能力建设工程师合作，对标准工具进行选型；
*  负责开发简单的新能力建设；
*  支援车间，对现存工具设备进行改进以提升效率；
*  完成新作工具的状态检查，验收之后移交给车间；
*  工装夹具的文档记录管理，如工具号，图纸号，订单号，价格等；
*  管理层交待的其他任务。

任职资格:
*  本科或以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化或相关专业；  
*  熟练的机械设计软件技能，如Solidworks，AutoCAD，Catia等；  
*  扎实的机械结构设计知识，熟悉机械加工及检测;  
*  熟悉常用机械加工材料及其性能；
*  良好的人际交往能力及团队合作，问题导向式思维方式；
*  有前瞻性的想法，擅于交流；
*  能出差，适应国际化出差工作环境；
*  精通英语，听说读写优先。
【Responsibilities】
* Use  proper  software  to  design  and  develop  tooling/fixture  in  accordance  with  the  requirement  from  product  engineer  /new  capability  build  up  engineer  to  fulfill  the  production  maintenance  activities;  Tooling  and  fixtures  of  the  Technology  fields  of  pneumatics,  hydraulics,  fuel,  electromechanical  and  similar.
* Cooperate  with  purchase  department  and  supplier  to  surveillance  those  ongoing  project,  regular  check  with  the  project  progress  and  provide  proposal  to  supplier  if  any  nonconformance  was  found  or  any  improvement  that  have  to  be  implemented;
* Cooperate  with  product  engineer  and  new  capability  build  up  engineer  to  select  type  of  standard  tools;
* Also  take  over  smaller  own  Capability  Build-Up  projects  related  to  our  Tooling  and  Equipment  process;
* Support  production  to  optimize  the  existing  tooling/equipment  to  improve  efficiency;
* Complete  tool  &  fixture  assembly,  adjustment,  acceptance  inspection  and  delivery  to  production;
* Tool  &  fixture  document  tracing  management,  like  tool  No.,  drawing  No.,  Purchase  Order  No.,  Price,  etc.
【Qualifications】
* Bachelor  degree  or  above,  major  in  mechanical  manufacture  and  automation  or  similar  specialty;
* Professional  3-D  design  software  experience,  such  as  solidworks,  autoCAD,  Catia  etc;
* Solid  understanding  on  mechanical  structure  design,  familiar  with  machinery  skill  and  inspection;
* Familiar  with  commonly  used  materials’  process  ability  for  machining;
* Be  motivated  to  go  on  duty  travel  in  our  worldwide  network  and  working  in  an  international  team/company;
* Proficiency  in  English  languages  is  preferred,  fluent  in  English  listening,  speaking,  writing  and  reading.
