职位描述
Job Title: Product Engineer-AVC/ELCReport to: Head of Production Engineering and Planning
【Responsibilities】
An AVE/ELC production engineer is responsible for the product: Fans and/or Panel and/or Computer and/or Linear Actuator and/or Lights and/or coffee maker etc.
Keep the reference document at the latest revision to ensure LTS fulfill all related requirements. Supply/update technical documents and shop routers needed for repair and overhaul with detailed methods, tools and materials to keep the components continued airworthiness （35%）
Solve the production technical related issue (e.g. Trouble shooting, warranty, quality finding) to secure production smoothness & efficiency and optimize the repair process, including but not limited exchange knowledge with HAM/LTCS engineering team （35%）
Develop and Implement new repair methods (e.g.: DER & DOA, PMA, etc.) to improve the reliability and reduce production cost（10%）
Coordinate in some engineering relevant projects, to improve reliability or efficiency & cost （5%）
Responsible for LRU capability build-up, including develop & prepare related capability documentations, communicate with Tool/Equipment Engineering team for more supporting program, and coordinate with the necessary material purchasing （15%）
【Qualifications】
Majored in aviation or relative engineering field, Bachelor degree or above.
No less than 10-year work experience in aviation industry.
No less than 6-year work experience in engineering environment of aircraft component.
No less than 2-year work experience on electrical components.
Work experience on electrical generator and electrical motor are preferred.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Good knowledge of materials, process, methods and techniques for electrical repair.
Be familiar with MS Office and CAD software.
Holding Civil Aircraft Component Maintenance Personnel License (ELC).
Basic hand-on skills.
Good knowledge of airworthiness regulations.
