职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Test  ATC  system  in  factory  and  at  customers'  site.
? Design  ATC  system  Test  Cases  based  on  the  System  Engineering  requirements.
? Interface  with  Software  and  Integration  Engineers  to  register,  analyze,  track,  review  software  corrections  and  perform  the  regression  testing  of  corrective  system  releases.
? Contribute  the  ideas/solutions  to  improve  ATC  system  quality  and  team  efficiency.
? Master  the  software  testing  tools  and  processes
? Monitor  ATC  software  configuration  management  strategy  (tags/branches),  system  performances  and  off-line  parameters  tuning.
? To  identify  risks  at  operational  level  and  propose  solutions  to  solve  them.
? To  provide  technical  support  to  Software,  Integration  Engineers  and  customers.
? When  required,  coach  less  experienced  members  of  the  team.
? Upon  request,  supervise  the  delivery  of  medium  to  large  activities  if  necessary  including  coordination  of  small  group  of  team  members  (3  to  4)  .

QUALIFICATION
? Bachelor's  Degree  (or  higher)  in  Computer  Science  or  other  relevant  majors
? Project  Management  Certification  (PMP  or  Prince2)  desirable

ESSENTIAL  EXPERIENCE
? 5  year  experience  in  testing  real  time  and  distributed  systems  in  Rail,  Traffic,  Marine,  Aviation  or  any  safety  real  time  systems  area.
? Proficient  with  the  test  cases  composition  and  the  test  scenarios  design
? Functional  baseline  (FBL)  management  [Specification  writing,  Requirements  analysis,  Traceability,  System  level  design  /  architecture  /  Interface,  Requirements  management]
? Familiar  in  UNIX/Linux  system  and  shell  languages  (ksh,  perl,  tcltk)
? Familiar  with  configuration  management  tools  (CVS)

? Experience  in  total  life  cycle  of  software  development  including  processes  and  responsibilities  at  each  stage  in  the  cycle.
? Excellent  communications  skills  including  written  and  verbal  English  skills.
? Experience  in  coaching  and  mentoring  other  team  members.  
? Experience  in  reporting  and  stakeholder  management.
? Knowledge  in  System  Engineering  tools  (Doors)

DESIRABLE  EXPERIENCE
? Experience  or  knowledge  of  Air  Traffic  Control  domain.  
? Experience  in  international  and  multicultural  teams.  
? Experience  in  testing  of  large  scale  complex  mission-critical  systems.
? Experience  of  customer  facing  roles.
