职位描述
Responsibilities:1. Customer non event duties:
Maintain customer relationship(feedback management, customer visits, event review meetings etc.).
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to Mobile Engine product management.
Support engine Product Sales.
2. Customer event-management comprising:
Being the focal point of contact for customers.
Accept and coordinate customer inquiries.
Negotiate single contracts when necessary to get PO from customer.
Monitor and report event status towards commercial side.
Prepare cost estimates for customers in cooperation with EOC.
Check and coordinate work scope with customer supported by engineering.
Internal order management into repair stations with work scope, cost, quality and turnaround time coordination incl. opening, controlling and closing Repair Orders for Repair Stations.
Event status monitoring and reporting towards customer incl. Clarification and coordination of technical and commercial issues (e.g. work scope extensions, parts exchange offers, parts replacements etc.) and coordination/submission of maintenance records.
Responsible for the invoicing process incl. but not limited to cost collection, invoice checking, release, credit notes and outstanding management.
Coordinate induction dates and project shop visit events check and coordinate work scope with customer supported by engineering.
Manage internal orders into repair stations with work scope, cost, quality and turnaround time for getting HQ RO to local.
Analysis calculation of event profits/losses and feedback to Key Account Manager regards event KPIs (costs, profit, TAT, quality) as required (for PW events).
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to product management.
Support engine Product Sales .
3. All other duties as assigned or required e.g. support other repair stations when required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree and above with major in economics, or industrial engineering related majors.
2. 3 years of relevant customer service experience in aircraft gas turbine engines.
3. Good command of English and Chinese.
