客户服务经理 Customer Support Manager
职位描述
Key Job Accountabilities:Work with Sales team in fulfilling the actions required from point of contract till successful redelivery of aero-engine;
Support revenue achievement via customer retention and recruitment;
Manage customers and internal operations department to ensure contractual obligations and any additional service requirements are fulfilled;
Monitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aero-engines to customers;
Manage cost of aero-engine shop visit to improve competitiveness;
Manage debt servicing and financial exposure for the various customer account;
Resolve customer concerns/ issues through effective communication and explanations;
Occasional travel will be required to customer location to improve service level and build business relationship.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum Degree in Engineering or Marketing;
Good English language skill in both written and communication;
Able to work and engage customer in their respective time zones;
Willing to learn and enjoy meeting and interacting with people;
Good leadership and project management skill;
Prior aviation experience in an aero-engine related business will be an added advantage;
Good Microsoft skills required – Excel/Powerpoint/Words.
