1、  Developing  and  updating  the  engine  assembly/disassembly/inspection/repair  worksheet,  internal  technical  document；  
2、  Review  OEM  Technical  documents  （SB/IC/TR）  and  AD/SB/CAD；
3、  Advising  and  providing  instructions  to  technical  support  raised  by  Production  department；

4、  Raising  and  forwarding  technical  queries  to  OEM  technical  support；
5、  Liaison  with  relevant  department  for  airworthiness  and  quality  related  issues；
6、  Investigating  and  troubleshooting  engine  defects  which  cause  engine  return  to  shop  from  the  test  cell；
7、  PMTE  management  and  calibration  report；

8、  Conduct  routine  and  spot-check  during  work-in-progress  or  on  completed  jobs  to  ensure  full  compliance  of  safety,  airworthiness  and  customer  requirements,  including  investigation  and  recommendation  of  corrective  action；
9、  Revise  Quality  Manuals  and  SOPs；
10、  Conduct  staff  training  and  authorization.

Qualification




1、Diploma  or  Degree  Holder  in  Mechanical/Aviation  Engineering；
2、Good  knowledge  of  Airworthiness  regulations  （CAAC/FAA/EASA）；??
3、Good  English  reading/writing/spoken  skills；
4、Minimum  5  years  working  experience  in  civil  aviation  working  experience；
5、Minimum  2  years  working  experience  in  the  powerplant；

6、Has  internal  audit  experience；

7、Has  SMS  experience;

8、Those  in  possession  of  a  CAAC  license  will  be  an  added  advantage.
