Job  Responsibilities  （工作职责）:  

  1.      Perform  NDT  of  engine  parts  in  accordance  with  the  engine  manufacturers’  requirements  or  approved  techniques.  按照发动机生产厂家的要求或已批准的技术执行发动机零部件的无损检验工作  

  2.      Perform  NDT  work  according  to  production  plan  and  be  responsible  to  its  quality.  按生产计划完成无损检测工作并对其质量负责

  3.      Perform  TPM  on  approved  tools,  equipment  and  instruments  to  reduce  abnormal  down  time.  执行工具、工装和设备的全面生产维护，从而减少非正常停机时间  

  4.      Have  the  skills  and  knowledge  of  set-up  and  standardize  equipment,  conduct  test,  interpret  and  evaluate  for  acceptance  and  rejection  for  the  part.  具有设备的调试和定标，以及对零件的检查、验收/拒收的解释、评估的知识和能力

  5.      Control  the  quality  of  NDT  inspection  process.  控制无损检测过程的质量  

  6.      Provide  necessary  guidance  and  supervision  to  trainee  personnel.  对学徒提供必要的指导和监督

  7.      Participate  in  project  to  continuous  improve  the  processes  in  cell.  积极参与车间内的持续改进项目  

  8.      Participate  in  ACE/EHS  activities  to  support  on  the  improvement  of  quality  and  safety.  积极参与ACE/EHS  活动，不断提高工作质量及安全生产  

  9.      Such  duties  as  assigned  to  him  by  the  supervisor.  完成主管安排的其它工作任务


Basic  qualifications  required  for  the  Job  (录用及就职条件):  

  1.      Mechanical,  Aeronautical  or  Mechatronics  Engineering  Diploma  from  a  technical  school  or  above            机械，航空或机电工程等大专或以上学历

  2.      Over  3  years  work  experience  of  NDT  in  aviation  industry(CFM56/V2500  engine  experience  desired)  3年以上航空领域无损检测工作经历（CFM56/V2500发动机经验优先）

  3.      Good  English  skill  to  command  related  technique  data,  CET-4  or  above  preferred  良好的英语应用能力,能熟练掌握相关英文技术资料,英语4级或以上优先  

  4.      Good  job  quality/safety  awareness  and  team  work  spirit  具有良好的工作质量/安全意识和团队合作精神  

  5.      Hold    CAAC  NDT  UT  level  2  certificate  or  equivalent，PT/MT/RT  Level  2  preferred  持有中国民航无损检测超声波二级证书(或等效证书),另有PT/MT/RT二级证书者优先
