In  the  first  1-2  years,  the  Engineer  Trainee  would  rotate  in  various  cells  as  an  Apprentice  Mechanics  in  production  dept.,  to  know  how  to  maintain  an  aircraft  engine  and  how  the  whole  business  runs.  After  the  period,  they  would  transfer  to  Engineering  dept.  as  a  formal  Engineer.

在最初的1-2年中，工程师培训生将作为机械员学徒在生产部的各个车间轮岗，从中了解如何维修飞机发动机以及公司整个业务的运行。在这之后，他们将调转到工程部成为一名正式的工程师。


基本职责  ESSENTIAL  DUTIES:

-  Perform  HP  System,  Core  and  Sub-Module  Disassembly/Assembly  jobs  in  accordance  to  the  updated  ESM  and  work  instruction,  relevant  airworthiness  and  technical  data

按照现行有效的发动机车间手册和工卡,相应的适航指令及技术规范执行核心机及子单元体分解装配工作

-  Implement  schedule  and  check  to  ensure  that  all  tools,  technical  manuals  and  spares  used  are  up  to  date  revision  ,and  in  good  working  condition  and  in  compliance  with  airworthiness  requirements

实施相关检查计划,以确保所使用的工具,技术手册和零备件是最新版本,并且处于良好的工作状态并符合适航要求

-  Check  and  ensure  that  formalized  process  documents  used  are  duly  revised  and  submission  meet  target  date

检查并确保所使用的正式流程文件已经过正式修改，并符合提交目标日期

-  Ensure  that  all  work  undertaken,  tools/equipment,  and  work  procedures  are  in  compliance  with  airworthiness  and  company’s  requirements

确保所进行的所有工作，工具/设备和工作程序符合适航性和公司的要求


教育及能力要求  EDUCATION  AND  CAPABILITY  REQUIRED:

-  Graduate  in  2020

2020届毕业生

-  Aeronautical  or  Flight  Vehicle  Propulsion  Engineering  Bachelor  from  University  or  above

航空或飞机器动力工程等本科或以上文凭

-  Have  the  basic  knowledge  of  engine  fundamentals  and  related  aerospace  theory

了解发动机基本原理和相关的航空航天理论

-  Be  good  at  logical  thinking  and  analyze  root  cause

擅长逻辑思维和分析问题根源

-  Be  honest,  sincere,  hardworking  and  have  responsibility  for  job

诚实守信，对工作认真负责

-  Fluent  verbal  and  written  communication  skills  in  both  Chinese  and  English

流利的中英双语口头和书面交流能力

-  Understand  engine  hardware
