4、负责动力设施的日常管理，维护,  确保设施处于良好状态/Responsible  for  facility  daily  management  and  maintenance,  ensure  facility  in  good  status;
5、负责特种设备的管理，检验，维修，确保符合法规要求/Responsible  for  special  equipment  management,  calibration  and  maintenance,  ensure  compliance  with  regulatory  requirements;
6、负责建筑以及消防设施的管理，测试，维护，确保符合法规要求/Responsible  for  building  and  firefighting  system  management,  testing  and  maintenance,  ensure  compliance  with  regulatory  requirements;
7、负责公司能耗管理，建立能源管理方案，寻找节能机会，实现节约目标/Responsible  for  energy  consumption  management,  establish  energy  management  plan.  Find  energy  saving  plan  to  achieve  energy  saving  target;
8、负责现场供应商的施工管理，确保施工的安全，质量和进度/Responsible  for  onsite  supplier  construction  management,  ensure  achieve  safety,  quality  and  schedule  target;
9、持续改进/Continue  improvement  ;
10、其他公司分配的任务/Other  task  as  assigned  by  company.
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，工程类专业/College  degree  is  minimum  requirement  ,Engineering  major；
2、至少五年设施管理的工作经验/Requires  a  minimum  of  5  years’  experience  in  facility  management;
3、持续改进和精益方法的经验/Experience  of  Continuous  improvement  and  LEAN  methodologies；
4、有跨国公司工作经验的优先/Prefer  recent  experience  in  a  MNC；
5、熟悉特种设备，消防系统管理，压缩空气系统，供配电系统，暖通系统，冷冻机等
/Familiar  with  special  equipment,  firefighting  system,  compressed  air  system,  chiller,  power  supply  system,  HVAC；
6、拥有低压电工证，特种设备管理员证，消防设备管理员证/Electrician  certificate，Special  Equipment  Administrator  Certificate，FSA；
7、良好的沟通能力，能在多任务的状态下有序完成工作/Good  communication  skill,Be  able  to  complete  work  in  an  orderly  manner  in  a  multi  task  state.
