岗位职责：
1.分析业务需求，确定项目的技术架构和技术路线
Analyze  business  requirements,  determine  the  technical  architecture  and  technical  route  of  the  project.
2.负责在低代码平台上完成MRO生产管理系统的整体设计，完成框架搭建，并实现具体的系统功能
Responsible  for  the  overall  design  of  the  MRO  production  management  system  on  a  low-code  platform,  completing  the  framework  and  implementing  specific  system  functions
3.负责在低代码平台上完成MRO工卡系统的整体设计，完成框架搭建，并实现具体的系统功能
Responsible  for  completing  the  overall  design  of  the  MRO  work  card  system  on  a  low-code  platform,  completing  the  framework  and  implementing  specific  system  functions
4.主导完成系统模块、系统菜单、流程、对外接口的数据设计，并编写相关的工程文档
Lead  to  complete  the  data  design  of  system  modules,  system  menus,  processes  and  external  interfaces,  and  write  related  engineering  documents
5.负责完成其他需求的模块和系统功能实现
Responsible  for  completing  modules  and  system  functions  for  other  requirements
6.负责指导团队完成系统搭建和流程实施
Responsible  for  guiding  the  team  to  complete  the  system  build  and  process  implementation
7.负责根据团队需求更新系统架构，并实现所需功能
Responsible  for  updating  the  system  architecture  and  implementing  the  required  functions  according  to  the  team's  requirements
8.完成领导交办的其他工作
Complete  other  work  assigned  by  the  leadership


岗位要求
1.大学本科学历，专业要求：自动化（电气、机械）、信息技术
Bachelor's  degree  in  automation  (electrical,  mechanical),  information  technology
2.具备一定的编程基础（Java,C,C#），要求有数据库SQL项目经验，有过低代码平台开发和实施经验优先
Programming  skills  (Java,  C,  C#),  experience  in  database  SQL  projects,  experience  in  low  code  platform  development  and  implementation  is  preferred
3.2年及以上MRO项目实施经验者或3年以上制造业项目实施经验
2  years  above  experience  in  MRO  project  implementation  or  3  years  above  experience  in  manufacturing  project  implementation
4.对适航性有良好的理解，很好的理解部件维修流程
Good  understanding  of  airworthiness  and  good  understanding  of  component  repair  processes
5.熟练使用MS  Office套件（Word/Excel/PPT）
Proficiency  in  MS  Office  suite  (Word/Excel/PPT)
6.良好的抽象思维和逻辑思维能力，独立分析和解决问题，可以良好的表达和沟通
Good  abstract  thinking  and  logical  thinking  skills,  independent  analysis  and  problem  solving,  can  express  and  communicate  well
