Job  Requirements：
1.Manage  all  the  IT  and  communication  infrastructure,  and  continuously  improve  IT  system  availability  and  performance.
2.Responsible  for  the  management  and  maintenance  of  the  company's  information  systems  (QAD,  Enovia,  Catia,  BPM,  Intranet,  Microsoft  365,  servers,  etc.),  ensuring  data  and  network  access  stability  and  backup  while  adhering  to  network  security  governance  and  monitoring  policies  to  maintain  a  secure  and  reliable  IT  environment,  in  order  to  support  business  growth  in  an  efficient  and  effective  way;
3.Optimize  IT  system  with  proper  development  and  customizations  of  software  applications;
4.Effectively  lead/participate  the  digitalization  and  automation  transformation  project,  like  MES  system  optimization,  industry  4.0  activities.
5.IT  assets  management,  including  the  purchasing  of  local  software,  hardware.
6.Establish  and  update  proper  IT  policy,  standard  and  procedure  to  control  the  business  risk  and  ensure  the  IT  workflow  is  highly  efficient.
7.Implement  information  security  policy  and  promote  user’s  information  security  awareness  and  skills.
8.Optimize  and  management  resources  to  improve  the  IT  team  capability,  including  but  not  limited  to  positively  support  the  business  growth,  set  up  talent  pipeline,  collaborate  with  other  functions  to  success.
9.Effectively  manage  the  IT  function  budget,  and  optimize  IT  expenditures.
10.Promote  digital  mindset  across  company.
11.Other  ad  hoc  projects  or  work  assigned  by  manager.
Qualifications：
1.Bachelor  degree  or  above,  in  computer  science  or  related  major.
2.At  least  5  years  of  IT  management  experience.
3.Solid  experience  in  application  software  architecture  capability,  IT  infrastructure,  IT  risk  management  etc.
4.Solid  project  experience  in  developing  application  software,  such  as  MES,  CAPP,  etc.
5.Solid  knowledge  and  experience  in  SQL  server/Oracle  database,  as  well  as  C++/  C#  /  Java  /  VBA  etc.
6.Fluent  in  oral  and  written  English  communications.
7.CAN  DO  attitude  and  able  to  work  under  pressure  and  achieve  the  results,  a  self-starter  with  follow  through  ability.
8.Strong  learning  agility  and  open  to  IT  new  technology.
9.Strong  business  acumen  and  can  engage  the  working  environment  in  a  quick  way.
