Responsibilities:

1.  Shop  Visit  Management:

Manage  the  shop  induction  for  production  with  regard  to  each  shop’s  manpower,  equipment  availability,  material  situation,  and  customer  needs.  Find  smart  solutions  to  deal  with  interruptions  and  bottlenecks.  Strive  for  an  overall  high  TAT  target  performance.  Provide  short-  and  long-term  production  planning.

For  component  production,  perform  the  “Induction  Steering”  of  the  iMRO  business  sent  to  local.  Actively  communicate  with  HQ  to  ensure  achievement  of  the  company  budget,  support  the  needs  of  the  HQ  open  loop,  control  the  WIP,  and  strive  for  a  high  overall  performance.

2.  Aircraft  Material  Procurement:

Develop  a  material  procurement  strategy  to  ensure  stability  and  continuity  of  the  material  supply  to  production.  Monitor  market  dynamics,  identify  abnormal  material  deliveries,  and  take  measures  to  reduce  the  impact  of  supply  chain  issues  on  production.  Ensure  compliance  in  procurement  processes;  evaluate  and  negotiate  contract  terms,  prices  (if  applicable)  to  achieve  the  best  procurement  results.  Establish  strong  cooperation  with  suppliers;  continuously  drive  suppliers  to  improve  material  delivery  performance.

Optimize  inventory  management  based  on  business  needs,  and  establish  a  reasonable  inventory  strategy.  Balance  inventory  investment  and  material  service  levels.  Continuously  monitor  and  reduce  the  risk  of  dead  stock.  Closely  monitor  and  analyze  the  causes  of  material  shortages  and  adjust  material  planning  methods  to  fulfill  production  requirements.

3.  Operation  Control:

Provide  and  analyze  KPIs  to  monitor  and  ensure  a  high  performance  level  and  competitive  use  of  labor  and  material.  Create  high  transparency  to  allow  good  understanding  of  the  driving  forces  of  performance  and  enable  continuous  improvement.  Additionally,  further  develop  KPIs  and  their  visualization  to  identify  connections  and  interactions.

Regularly  provide  KPI  achievement  and  data  analytics  to  stakeholders  and  provide  transparent  business  performance  results  to  management.  Identify  performance  deviations,  analyze  root  causes,  and  provide  insights  for  potential  improvements  and  for  enhancing  competitiveness.  Provide  data-driven  decision  support  for  business  or  strategic  formulation  through  data  mining  and  validation  of  business  data.

Drive  the  overall  budget  process;  align  closely  with  FI  to  create  an  overall  view  of  the  operational  and  financial  picture.

Be  the  focal  point  within  local  and  in  the  HQ  iMRO  network  for  operational  and  performance-related  enquiries.

4.  Leadership:

Support  employee  growth  by  focusing  on  employee  dynamics,  and  improve  teamwork  ethics  and  cohesion.  Drive  motivation  to  enhance  employee  performance  to  create  a  positive  work  environment.  Communicate  and  coordinate  with  internal  and  external  contacts  to  resolve  team  challenges  and  risks  in  routine  work.  Organize  and  develop  training  plans  to  ensure  team  members  possess  the  necessary  expertise  and  skills,  and  enhance  overall  team  performance.

Oversee  and  manage  the  department  work;  actively  engage  in  team  building  and  ensure  effective  communication  of  company  policies  to  the  team.  Strive  for  high  professionalism,  and  establish  and  improve  departmental  compliance  with  regulations  and  business  processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s  degree  in  Aviation  Engineering,  Mechanical  Engineering,  Operations  Management,  Business  Administration  or  a  related  field  is  required；

8–10  years  of  aviation  MRO  experience  (including  3–5  years  in  a  leadership  role  managing  operation,  material  planning  &  purchasing  teams)；

Strong  expertise  in  production  operations,  aviation  material  planning,  purchasing  &  planning,  data  configuration；

Strong  leadership  skills  &  the  ability  to  motivate  the  team  and  achieve  excellent  results；

Proficient  in  both  English  and  Chinese.
