Responsibilities:

1.  Material  Provisioning

Implementation  of  shop  processes,  including  system  and  physical  handling  relevant  to  the  material  provisioning  process  for  MES  business,  including  but  not  limited  to  internal  ordering,  issuing,  and  returning,  to  ensure  production  activities  are  supplied  with  needed  materials  on  time  and  in  compliance  with  relevant  regulatory/network/company  requirements  and  standards.

dentify,  initiate,  and  implement  improvement  opportunities  in  the  material  provisioning  process  through  communication  with  MES  EOC,  CSM,  production  and  engineering  teams,  as  well  as  HQ  MES  network  supply  chain  management.

2.  Tooling  Provisioning

Maintain  shop  systems  and  physical  handling  relevant  to  the  tooling  provisioning  process  for  MES  business,  including  but  not  limited  to  internal  ordering,  issuing,  and  returning  related  to  in-shop  or  onsite  events,  to  ensure  production  activities  are  supplied  with  needed  tooling  on  time  and  in  compliance  with  relevant  regulatory/network/company  requirements  and  standards.

Manage  tooling  kitting  and  location  designations  to  ensure  clear  status  is  maintained  at  all  times  physically  and  system-wise.

Actively  monitor  misuses  and  initiate  corrections  together  with  production  management.

Identify,  initiate,  and  implement  improvement  opportunities  in  tooling  management  through  communication  with  local  MES  production  and  engineering  teams,  as  well  as  HQ  MES  network  tooling  management.

3.  General

Special  projects  and  other  duties  assigned  by  the  operations  director.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's  degree  or  above  with  a  major  in  engineering  or  a  related  field.

0-3  years  of  work  experience  in  aviation  MRO  preferred;  tooling,  material  handling,  or  logistics-related  function  preferred;  previous  experience  in  project  management  or  process  establishment  is  also  preferred.

Good  command  of  English  and  Chinese.
