RESPONSIBILITIES

      Prior  to  commencing  software  tasks,  ensure  that  a  clear  schedule  has  been  agreed  with  Software  Engineering  Manager  and  Software  Team  Leader.    

在开发工作之前，与技术工程经理和组长沟通达成清晰的工作流程；

Ensure  both  software  enhancements  and  corrections  are  implemented  following  the  agreed  software  development  process.  Work  on  complex  technical  tasks  with  high  expectations  of  quality  and  productivity.

始终按照公司的开发流程工作，以保证文档和软件产品的质量。高质量、高产量地完成比较复杂的开发任务；

  Notify  the  Software  Engineering  Manager  and  Software  Team  Leader  immediately  of  risks  or  significant  issues  that  could  affect  the  ability  to  meet  scheduled  dates.

在开发流程中及时汇报工作进程。在过程中如果预见可能存在重大影响的风险因素，第一时间与团队成员、组长以及部门经理沟通；

  Share  with  Software  Team  Leader  and  the  rest  of  the  software  team  any  useful  information  that  could  aid  the  efficiency  of  the  team.  Proactively  recommend  software  changes  to  improve  efficiency,  reliability  and  stability.  Contribute  to  the  development  and  enhancement  of  software  engineering  processes  and  tools.    

主动分享对开发工作有用的技术信息以及创新技术方案，为整个技术工程部门开发流程、工具以及团队合作提供支持；

  Provide  support  to  the  System  Engineering,  Integration  and  Verification  &  Validation  teams  and  other  teams  when  necessary.

对其他技术工程部门提供必要的支持，包括系统工程，集成，测试组；

  Mentor  and  coach  assigned  team  members  when  requested.  Be  recognised  within  the  team  as  expert  for  assigned  software  components.

在日常工作中辅导软件开发工程师，能够在团队中建立自己的专家权威，并分享自己的专家知识和经验；

  When  requested,  perform  induction  training  and  detailed  technical  training  for  software  components  where  expertise  has  been  established.  Assist  in  interviews  of  new  software  engineers,  when  required.

如有需要，为团队提供软件开发相关的技术培训；参与软件开发工程师的面试工作。


QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's  Degree  (or  higher)  in  Computer  Science  or  other  relevant  majors.

计算机科学或相关专业的本科及以上学历。

ESSENTIAL  EXPERIENCE
?  5  year  experience  of  software  development  in  a  business  environment.

5年软件开发工作经验：

      Experience  as  a  major  contributor  in  development  of  one  or  more  complex  systems.

作为主要参与者，有过一个或多个大型复杂项目的项目经验；

      Proficient  in  C,  C++  and  ADA.

熟练使用C,  C++,  ADA语言开发；

    Proficient  in  UNIX/Linux  Operating  system.

精通UNIX/Linux操作系统；

    Familiar  with  UNIX/Linux  shell  languages  (ksh,  perl,  tcltk)  is  a  plus.

能熟练使用UNIX/Linux  脚本语言(ksh,  perl,  tcltk)。

Ability  to  communicate  efficiently  in  English  via  email  and  orally.At  least  pass  CET-4.

能用英语口语和书面进行无障碍沟通；至少通过大学英语四级。

  Experience  in  coaching  and  mentoring  other  team  members,  and  delivering  technical  trainings.

具有辅导其他团队成员，并提供技术培训的经验；


Experience  in  reporting  and  stakeholder  management.

具有向管理层陈述和报告工作的经验。
