职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES  (Key  accountabilities  and  responsibilities)

? Design,  install  and  implement  hardware,  rack,  console,  fibre  cables,  data  cabling  etc.  both  in  factory  and  on  site.  
? Perform  hardware  installation  activities  as  defined  in  the  relevant  hardware  specifications,  statements  of  work,  work  packages,  and  design  drawings  and  data  provided  by  management
? Capture  and  document  the  installed  hardware  configuration,
? Produce  draft  hardware  documents  such  as  drawings,  specifications,  testing  and  acceptance  plans,  and  other  engineering  documents  required  in  relation  to  the  system  hardware  solution
? Provide  hardware  support  during  projects  test  and  acceptance  activities  
? Review/Update  the  hardware  documents  i.e.  Site  Installation  Plans  to  as  built  documentation  based  on  each  site  installation.
? Arrange  procurement  of  hardware  and  installation  materials  for  projects
? During  bids,  assist  with  the  production  of  hardware  data  and  documentation  as  required  by  management
? During  bids,  assist  with  the  preparation  of  hardware  costing  data  and  documentation  
? Maintain  written  and  verbal  communication  with  immediate  work  group  including  the  provision  of  detailed  updates,  recaps,  audits  and  reports  to  all  involved  partners  and  provide  quality  feedback  to  improve  existing  processes  for  all  initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

?  Bachelor's  Degree  (or  higher)  in  Computer  Science  /  Electronics  /  other  relevant  majors
?  Certification  in  Structured  Cabling  and  Support  systems  desirable
?  Certification  in  Routing  &  Switching  (CISCO,  i.e.  CCNA,  CCNP,  CCDP,  CCIE)  desirable

ESSENTIAL  EXPERIENCE

? 2  year  experience  designing  and  managing  the  physical  delivery/installation  of  large  scale  complex  and/or  mission-critical  systems  including  supervision  of  subcontractors;
? Familiar  with  Windows  operating  system  
o Configuration,  troubleshooting
o Proficient  in  Office  series  product,  especially  WORD，EXCEL，VISIO
? Ability  to  communicate  in  English  via  email  and  orally.
? Experience  working  within  large  teams.  



DESIRABLE  EXPERIENCE

? Experience  or  knowledge  of  Air  Traffic  Control  domain.  
? Experience  in  international  and  multicultural  teams.  
? Experience  in  delivery/installation  of  large  scale  complex  mission-critical  systems.
? Experience  in  supervision  of  subcontractors.
? Experience  in  coaching  and  mentoring  other  team  members.  
? Experience  in  reporting  and  stakeholder  management.
? Experience  of  customer  facing  roles.
