Responsibilities:

As  a  Performance  Engineer,  you:

Make  sure  that  all  segments  of  designed  RNP  procedures  are  “flyable”  (lateral  and  vertical  parts)  
Check  if  the  RNP  procedure  design  implies  any  limitation  (advise  how  to  mitigate  these  limitations)
As  a  Project  Manager,  you:

Ensure  the  contracts  implementation  on  time,  on  quality  and  on  budget  (Project  Management)  
Are  accountable  and  actively  participate  to  the  internal  PBN  and  Flight  Ops  projects.  In  particular,  you  write  the  application  package  documentation  
Organize  and/or  participate  and/or  deliver  presentations  to  the  customer.
Qualifications  Requirements:

3-5  years  experience  in  the  flight  operations  /  performance  domain  such  as  airline  operations  or  manufacturer’s  customer  services
Profile:

Professional  skills:

Project  management  
Advanced  verbal  and  written  communication  skills  (Strong  coordination  and  relational  skills  needed  to  deal  with  customers  and  airworthiness  authorities)  
Chinese  mother  tongue  
Fluent  in  written  and  spoken  English
Behavioral  skills:

Highly  interested  in  customer  service  and  service  minded  
Ability  to  work  within  a  small  and  reactive  team  
Willingness  to  work  with  flexible  schedule  including  travel
