职位描述
Responsibilities:Manage, build up and maintaining of customer relations and customer trust and knowledge in China at all levels, getting accepted the idea of M&E outsourcing with the aim of generating opportunities for Airbus Services Solutions business, in close coordination with ACB-C and ACSBSC.
Manage the development, packaging, marketing and sales of FHS services in cooperation with TLS SCS departments, including customized packages of catalog and customized service packages to support FHS sales campaigns. It includes providing direct support to Aircraft sales campaigns.
Ensure oversight of delivery and performance (contractual service level commitments) for services solutions contracted to Airbus customers in China. Ensure customer satisfaction.
Support development of services solution cooperation with MROs, suppliers subsidiaries and partners for key strategic partnering activities in China
Implement the S marketing and sales strategy for Airbus Customer Services in China working through the ACBSC CSDs who function as the prime customer interface
Qualification & Education:
Min 8-10 years in a leading sales and/or M&E services role and related experience
Four-year college degree
Advanced degree (J.D., Master′s, etc.)
Personal profile:
Good communication and presentation skill in sales concept
Good English level
