Qualification  Requirement:

Functional  experience:

10  years  of  experience  in  a  procurement  /  manufacturing  environment  
Exposure  to  global  sourcing  
Knowledge  of  strategic  and  commercial  procurement  
Exposure  to  Quality  management  concepts  &  tools  and  their  deployment  in  emerging  markets  
Knowledge  of  supplier  base  and  cost  structure
Management:

Experience  in  Project  Management  
International  mindset
Sector  knowledge:  

Aerospace,  Automotive,  Transportation,  Power  or  other  manufacturing  industries.  
Education:  

Engineering  graduate  (  preferably  Aerospace)  from  a  leading  Engineering  College  or  Business  School.
Languages:  

Perfectly  fluent  in  Chinese  &  English.  Fluency  in  French,  Spanish  or  German  will  be  a  strong  plus.
