Responsibility:
?  Responsibility  for  servicing  OE  customers  and  distributors  in  Civil  Aerospace  market  
?  Responsibility  for  turnover  and  profit  in  the  area  of  responsibility  
?  Close  contact  to  all  levels  of  functions  of  importance  in  the  company  of  the  customer,  such  as  development,  QC,  purchasing,  accounts  payable  and  so  on.  
?  Analyses  of  potentials  in  the  area  of  responsibility,  support  and  implementation  of  defined  (global)  strategies  towards  market,  customers  and  products  to  reach  the  set  company  targets  and  to  increase  sales  and  profit.  
?  Search,  development  and  closing  of  projects  with  customers  to  generate  new  business  
?  Analyze  financial  situation  of  customers  and  secure  collection  of  debts  
?  Monitoring  of  competitor  activities  
?  Participation  in  annual  planning  of  sales  and  profit  as  well  as  in  developing  strategic  targets.  
?  Close  contact  to  all  relevant  functions  and  departments  within  the  KKCOMPY,  which  are  needed  to  achieve  the  targets.  
?  Enhance  company  brand  image  throughout  the  market  and  customers  organizations
Qualification:
?  Engineering  degree  at  university  level  (Master  preferred)  or  Business  administration  degree  with  very  good  and  proven  experience  in  business  with  technically  advanced  products  and  services  
?  At  least  5  years  of  professional  experience  in  selling/consultancy  of  technically  advanced  products  in  Aerospace  related  industries  
?  First  experience  (2  ~  3  years)  in  Aerospace  sealing  industry  would  be  a  plus  
?  Working  experience  in  an  international  company  environment  would  be  an  advantage  
?  Good  understanding  of  commercial  processes  
?  English  as  foreign  language  fluently  both  oral  and  writing.  
?  Open  minded  character,  outgoing,  good  communication  skills,  experience  in  difficult  negotiations,  self  motivating  ability,  able  to  work  self  responsible  and  under  pressure,  analytical  problem  solving  skills,  demanding  for  success  and  results  
?  Ability  to  work  within  a  team  and  a  strong  international  working  environment.  
?  Mobility  and  readiness  to  domestic  travel  and  conference  meeting  with  overseas
