Job  Responsibilities:  
  
Reporting  to  the  Regional  Sales  Director  (Aviation),  this  position  is  responsible  to  develop  and  implement  sales  strategies  and  programs  targeted  to  the  aviation  market.
  
Other  responsibilities  include:

?  Implementing  sales  plans  based  on  the  company’s  business  goals,  budgets,  annual  promotion  calendar  and  new  product  introductions.
?  Appraising  and  evaluating  market  conditions  within  a  defined  geographical  region  on  an  on-going  basis  and  initiating  appropriate  actions  to  maintain  business  momentum  and  react  to  competition.
?  Establishing  and  growing  business  relationships  with  key  decision  makers  within  targeted  customers  in  the  aviation  market.
  
Requirement:
  
You  process  strong  consultative  selling  skills.  You  are  also  a  clear,  logical  and  persuasive  communicator  coupled  with  intelligence,  maturity,  adaptability  and  resiliency  –  a  self  starter.
