Maintenance  Instructors  (Majored  in    Avionics)机务教员(JV002)  

Responsibilities:

To  strictly  apply  the  ***  Training  Policy  and  apply  the  ***  training  standards.  
To  assist  and  participate  in  the  definition  and  analysis  of  maintenance  courseware  design  if  requested.  
To  ensure  that  the  airline  maintenance  personnel  acquire  the  necessary  knowledge  and  competence  to  correctly  maintain  and  operate  the  ***  aircraft.  
To  ensure  that  the  airline  maintenance  personnel  are  aware  of  all  the  safety  precautions  and  security  aspects  of  aircraft  operation.  
To  be  qualified  to  train  airline  personnel  using:  
Classrooms  
Computerized  systems  (VACBI  and  others)  
Maintenance  Training  Devices  (MTS)  
Mock  UPS  
Simulators  
Aircraft  
To  revise  and  update  the  examination  papers  as  necessary.  
To  resolve  the  various  language  problems  (level  and  comprehension  of  English  of  the  airline  maintenance  personnel  that  could  cause  incorrect  understandings  of  aircraft  operation).  
Qualifications  Requirements:

More  than  Five  years  aviation  related  experiences.  
Well-experienced  Airline  Avionics  system  maintenance  specialist,  with  wiring  repair  skill  and  a  large  expertise  in  training  matters.  
Disciplined  but  able  to  take  the  necessary  initiatives  when  needed  and  very  concerned  by  the  air  safety.  
Devoted  to  their  tutoring  responsibilities  regarding  the  trainees  they  have  in  charge  and  are  highly  motivated  by  the  human  aspects  of  the  training  environment.  
Bilingual  in  English  and  Mandarin.  
Strong  sense  of  responsibility.  
  With  Bachelor  education  degree  or  above,  majored  in  Avionics  or  Electric.  
Strong  communication  and  presentation  skills.  
Candidates  with  Aviation  tutoring  experiences  and  CAAC  AV  Maintenance  Personnel  Licenses  will  be  preferred.  
  Quality  Administration  Officer(JV008)

Responsibilities:

Provides  administrative  and  technical  assistance  to  quality  assurance  activities  in  the  company  (EASA/  CAAC;  EN9100,  ISO14001  etc  Cert.).  
Responsible  for  preparing  and  updating  the  management  document  and  operational  procedures  in  accordance  with  the  company  and  applicable  airworthiness  regulation  and  standard.  
Ensures  that  proper  inspection  records,  reports  and  forms  are  used  and  correctly  executed.  
Support  those  internal  quality  audits  are  carried  out  accordance  with  the  schedule/plan  prepared  for  the  company.  
Ensure  records  system  is  working  in  accordance  with  company  and  airworthiness  regulation  requirements.  
Support  CI  activities  in  the  TC  and  other  functions  in  case  of  need.  
Support  Quality  manager  to  carry  out  the  task  assigned  by  company  for  fulfilling  continuous  improvement.  
Ensure  TSI  are  managed  according  to  ***  requirements.  
Assures  that  the  QA  monthly  report  is  prepared  and  submitted  to  QA  Manager  for  evaluation  and  approval.
Qualifications  Requirements:

Success  oriented  with  strong  commitment  and  loyalty  to  the  company  
Degree/diploma  in  Aeronautics  or  Quality  Engineering,  Quality  Management  or  equivalent;  
More  than  1  year  of  quality  experience  in  aviation  environment  or  2  years  quality  management  in  an  aviation-related  industry;  
Effective  in  both  written  and  spoken  English;  
Ability  to  work  independently  and  possess  initiative;  
Team  player  and  good  co-ordination  skill;  
ISO  9000  and  ISO  14001  experience  is  preferable;  
Be  flexible  on  tasks  assigned.
