This  position  reports  to  the  Regional  Vice  President  -  AT&R  Airlines  with  dotted-line  reporting  into  the  Airlines  Global  Business  Director.  
  
The  AGBM  will  be  responsible,  within  the  APAC  region  for  
  
(1)  building  on  macro  product  strategies  from  Marketing  and  Product  Management  as  they  relate  to  the  avionics  product  lines,  developing  product  strategies  for  large  pursuit  customers,  including  pricing  and  value  strategies;  
(2)  working  closely  with  the  Regional  Customer  Business  Directors  and  Technical  Sales  Director  developing  and  executing  product  and  regional  strategies  that  ensure  the  attainment  of  revenue  and  margin  to  AOP;  
(3)  providing  greensheet  framework  and  assisting  the  regional  sales  resources  in  closing  large/complex  pursuits  and  providing  approval  authority  in  accordance  with  the  SEA  for  assigned  region;  
(4)  serving  as  the  focal  point  for  M&PM,  the  Airlines  Business,  Sales  and  the  Sites  with  regard  to  specific  Integrated  Service  Solutions,  and  Value-Added  Service  offerings  as  well  as  managing  the  strategy  and  relationships  with  third  party  MRO  providers  and  STRAP  build;  
(5)  margin  management,  including  tracking  revenue  and  margin  trends  for  assigned  product  line(s),  and  working  with  the  ISC,  M&PM,  Sales,  and  Contracts  teams  to  define  and  implement  actions  to  address  adverse  trends；  
(6)  in  concert  with  Sales,  develop  the  AOP,  analyze  gaps  in  achievement  and  develop  campaigns  to  address  these:
1.  Product  &  Services  Strategies.  Working  with  the  Business  Segment  Leaders
2.  Customer  Strategies.  Working  with  the  Regional  Sales  Directors  and  Customer  Business  Directors
3.  Business  Segment  Strategy.  Working  with  the  Business  Segment  Leaders  and  M&PM
  
Qualification:
  
Basic/Required  Qualifications  (please  note  all  that  are  applicable)：
?  Bachelor's  degree  required
?  Extensive  aerospace  industry  aftermarket  customer  experience  and  knowledge  gained  through  a  minimum  of  6  years  experience
  
Preferred  Qualifications-:

?  Master's  degree  preferred
?  Aerospace  product,  industry,  manufacturing,  supply  chain,  distribution/channel,  sales,  marketing  knowledge  and  experience
?  Proven  experience  in  problem  identification,  analysis  and  solution  development  utilizing  analytic  tools  and  skills
?  Track  record  of  strategic  leadership,  creating  and  achieving  a  desired  state  through  influence  on  company  values,  individual  and  group  reinforcements  and  systems
?  Success  in  driving  revenue  growth
?  Strong  business  acumen
?  Deep  knowledge  of  technical  aspects  of  avionics  product  lines  and  associated  service  solutions
?  Demonstrated  ability  to  work  effectively  in  team  environment
