?Establish  and  continuously  improve  business  relationship  with  a  group  of  customers  in  the  Asia  Pacific  region.
?Highlight  advantages  of  OTO  products  and  service  solutions  to  the  target  customers.
?Identify  the  customer's  needs,  proactively  offer  full  range  of  products,  negotiate  and  close  the  deals.
?Reach  individual  sales  wins  and  revenue  target
  
Activities  include
  
?Develop  &  Maintain  customer  relationships  with  key  decision  makers  and  influencers  within  the  accounts  assigned.
?Delivers  sales  presentations  to  key  customers
?Lead  key  sales  pursuits  within  region,  develop  and  present  supporting  financial  analysis
?Provides  constant  feedback  to  the  DS  marketing  team  and  Airlines  Direct  Sales  Account  Manager  to  improve  the  product  and  service  offering
  
Qualification
  
?  Lead  key  growth  initiatives/projects  within  the  Direct  Sales  organization
?Minimum  Bachelor  /  Master  Degree  in  Business  /  Engineering.  
?Experience  in  sales  or  customer  and  product  support.  
?A  passion  for  Aerospace  in  general  and  the  Air  Transport  world  in  particular.  
?Good  knowledge  of  Aerospace  industry.  
?Good  knowledge  of  English.  
?Strong  oral  and  written  communication  skills  
?Strong  interpersonal  and  leadership  skills.  
?Sales  and  goals  oriented  mindset.  
?Strong  PC  skills  Microsoft  Office  products.  
?Knowledge  of  SAP.
