Responsibilities:  
*Cooperate  with  Chinese  authority,  to  establish  and  maintain  a  required  level  of  Maintenance/Engineering  Support  &  Operations  with  the  Airlines  and  MRO’s  in  China.  
*Evaluate  the  maintenance  and  engineering  practices  of  the  airlines  and  MRO’s  and  identify  areas  where  specific  additional  support  can  enhance  the  airline/MRO  organizational  efficiency,  quality  and  technical  capacities.  
*Provide  assistance  to  help  the  operator  to  reduce  his  learning  curve  time  period  and  assist  the  operator  staff  to  acquire  good  handling  methods.  
*Provide  necessary  transfer  of  Know  How.  
*Help  the  operator  to  ensure  on  time  A/C  technical  status  monitoring  and  help  in  launching  immediate  corrective  action  when  required.  
*Help  the  operator  in  preparing  their  light  maintenance  and  scheduled  maintenance  activities.  
*Identify  customer  difficulties  and  report  to  ***  China  Management  for  action  plan  establishment.  
*Provide  a  program  management  support  and  follow-up  for  major  aircraft  retrofit  and  special  projects.  

Qualifications  Requirements:  
*Graduated  in  aeronautical  studies  or  aircraft  systems.  
*About  8  years  experience  in  airline  maintenance  activities.  
*Minimum  5  years  experience  inline  maintenance  operation  on  Airbus  A/C  (preferably  on  A320  or  A330  or  A340  family)  
*CAAC  Certifying  staff  level  (or  equivalent)  Qualified  (Airframe  or  Avionics  or  equivalent  (EASA  Part  66  B1  or  B2  minimum))  
*Knowledge  of  airline  engineering  and  Hangar  Maintenance  
*Knowledge  of  CAAC  Regulation  (minimum  CCAR121  and  CCAR  145)  
*Knowledge  about  A/L  organization  
*Good  knowledge  of  customer  needs  in  terms  of  maintenance  &  engineering  operations  activities.  
*Excellent  presentation  skills  to  conduct  training  in  a  professional  way  
*Chinese  language  (native)  
*Fluent  in  English,  written  and  spoken.  
*Experienced  in  working  with  Electronic  Data  Processing  systems.  
*Capable  of  strongly  defending  ***  Customer  Services  and  customers’  interests  in  front  of  third  parties.  
*Keen  on  extensive  traveling  within  P.R.  China  and  worldwide.  
*Accept  regional  local  stays  in  all  China  up  to  duration  of  6  months  
*Able  to  work  in  a  different  culture  environment  
*Highly  concerned  by  customer  service  and  service  minded.  
*Good  coordination  and  relationship  skills  
*Tenacious,  adaptable  and  flexible.
