POSITION  REQUIREMENTS:

  

1.  Implements,  monitors,  and  follows  up  on  Product  Support  programs  in  assigned  area.  Provides  feedback  on  the

effectiveness  of  such  programs  and  suggests  program  improvements  on  new  program  developments.

2.  Investigates  customer  quality,  engineering  or  manufacturing  complaints  and/or  problems.  Diagnoses  cause  of  failure

such  as  carrier  transit  damage,  improper  customer  handling  or  use,  or  Sss  responsibility.

3.  Determines  or  recommends  action  consistent  with  Sss  policy  and  responsibility,  maintenance  of  customer

goodwill,  and  continued  profitable  association.

4.  Writes  and  submits  service  reports  covering  facts,  analysis,  field  action  taken,  and  recommendations  for  resolution.

Maintains  necessary  records  and  information  in  the  field.

5.  Communicates  with  responsible  Sss  sales  organization  and  information  of  which  they  should  be  aware.

6.  Repairs  and/or  tests  components  at  customer  facility  or  field  location  as  authorized.  Conducts  training  sessions  for

customer  service  personnel,  covering  diagnosis  and  repair  procedures.

7.  For  Citation  Field  Service  promotes  the  sale  of  CESCOM,  CESCARD,  technical  manuals  and  CPD  spares.

8.  Conduct  Service  Facility  reviews  and  make  recommendations  to  the  Distribution  Committee.

9.  Demonstrate  proficiency  in  the  use  of  computer  communications,  using  fax,  mode,  and  other  on-line  systems.  Conduct

demonstrations  of  Expert  System,  CD-ROM  technical  information  systems  and  CESCOM  On-Line  System.

10.  For  Propeller  Field  Service,  promotes  the  sale  of  service  parts  and  accessories  through  meetings,  review  of

promotional  programs,  and  comparison  selling.  Monitors  parts  inventory  levels  at  each  Service  Station  and  makes

recommendations  during  on-site  visits.
