Position:Field  Service  Engineer
Key  Responsibility:
?Be  the  customers’single  in-country  point  of  contact  for  ***  Aerospace’s  Electrical  products/equipment
?Responsible  for  providing  effective  on-site  tech,  support  &  liaison  for  the  operation  &  maintenance  of  a  wide  range  of  ***’s  products  &  services.  
?Ensure  product  reliability  &  performance,  minimizing  equipment  downtime  &  driving  optimum  customer  satisfaction.  
?The  incumbent  will  be  on-call  as  required  to  meet  customer’s  needs.  Utilizes  &  coordinates  necessary  &  appropriate  resources  for  the  successful  accomplishment  of  objectives.  Develops  &  maintains  custom  metrics  to  track  performance  levels.  
?Effectively  participate  on  account  teams  as  a  core  account  team  member
?Accountable  to  perform  a  wide  range  of  complex  technical  roles
?Required  to  make  independent  decisions  utilizing  in-depth  company,  customer  &  product  knowledge.  
?Provides  specific  product  training  to  the  customers  as  required.    Coordinate  &  assist  in  visits  by  ***  personnel
Qualifications:  
?Comprehensive  product  knowledge  of  ***’s  Electrical  products  and  services.  
?Ability  to  identify,  understand  and  respond  appropriately  to  and  satisfy  customer’s  needs.
?Demonstrate  ability  to  achieve  results  using  tech  skill,  influence  &  persuasion.
?Demonstrate  ability  to  interact  with  customers  and  ***’s  Strategic  Business  Units  while  implementing  acceptable  solutions.  Self-managing,  self-motivated  &  innovative.  Exercise  initiative.  
?Possess  a  high  degree  of  integrity
?Willing  to  travel  worldwide.  
?Strong  written  &  verbal  communication  skills  (especially  English  language)
?Cultural  and  diversity  awareness.
Experience/Education  Required/Sought
?Degree  in  a  technical  discipline  plus  five  years  of  directly  related  experience,  or  in  lieu  of  a  formal  education,  ten  years  of  directly  related  experience  which  yields  an  equivalent  level  of  knowledge  and  abilities.
?****  Aerospace’s  Electrical  product  knowledge  is  desired.
