Function:  Marketing  and  Sales

JOB  DESCRIPTION:  
1.Formulate  sales  strategy;  
2.Develop  sales  forecast  and  plan,  budget  and  manpower  plan  to  achieve  sales  objectives  in  the  region.
3.  Develop  new  distributors  in  new  market  and  maintain  relationships  with  current  distributors  and  customers.
4.  Provide  training  to  all  distributors  in  respect  of  company  information,  technologies  and  products;  
5.Conduct  training  for  sales  staff.  Implement  the  company's  strategy  concerning  brand  and  market  image;  suggest  the  company  to  organize  various  activities  of  product  promotion  and  brand  popularization.
6.  Report  the  information  about  market  changes,  marketing  strategies  of  competitors  and  other  market  information.
7.Advise  management  on  consumer  trends  and  feedback
8.Develop  channel  network  and  directly  engaging  in  project  field  in  the  region  according  to  sales  strategy  and  plans
Job  Requirements
-  More  than  5  years  relevant  working  experience  of  regional  aircraft  sales.
-  Excellent  performance  with  a  solid  record  
-  Fluent  English  communication  skill
