职位描述
某著名国际航材公司诚聘地区销售经理: Job title: Area Sales Manager (China)
Location: Shanghai(1) Beijing(2, one should be 35-42 years old, and have more than 10 year experience in sales) Guangzhou(1)
Job objectives:
To ensure implementation and achievement of ***’s goals, objectives and strategies in connection with sales of aircraft spare parts, concepts and services to operators, repair shops within *** China sales area, and at the same time contribute to a professional and personal development of - and high level job satisfaction - among colleagues in *** Customer Service Team.
Area of Work and responsibilities
Primary duties:
To ensure that ***’s quality policy, goals and procedures are adhered to
To meet goals and success criterions for sales/marketing tasks in own sales area
To prioritize own tasks in close cooperation with Sales Manager
To plan/manage/coordinate own sales and activity plans in close cooperation with Sales Manager and ***’s other Departments
To seek out, implement and develop sales of ***’s products, concepts and services within own sales area
To initiate sales campaigns in cooperation with Sales Manager, the Product Marketing and Customer Service Teams
To ensure general sales initiatives, follow up and response
To continue developing ***’s market position in connection with ***’s current scope of business, and report to Sales Manager and Business Development about potential new business opportunities
To ensure the establishment of a correct pricing policy resulting in optimum profit
To create sales and cost budgets for own sales area based on overall evaluation of the total sales potential in own sales area
To participate in and contribute to the production of relevant quarter reports and forecast figures for *** China′s sales area
To follow up on client contacts, plans and budgets in own sales area
To be responsible for agent relations in own sales area, and participate in the agent selection and development in coordination with other departments where and when appropriate
To participate in the production and distribution of price lists to *** China′s customers in own sales area
To contribute to an handling of the ***’s customer contract management function
To ensure general follow up and assistance on outstanding customer payments in own sales area
To develop knowledge of products, competitors and political and inter-cultural conditions
To produce timely and correct customer visit/meeting reports
To monitor and report conditions in the market place of importance to ***’s competitive ability, including competitor behavior and activities
To keep the Sales Manager informed about any divergence from agreed budgets and plans
Secondary duties:
To assist in optimal coordination of relevant sales tasks between ***’s Departments in close cooperation with the Sales Manager
To ensure set up and maintenance of appropriate client data records
Where relevant/required to assist the Product Marketing Department furnishing ***’s suppliers with information on market conditions
General:
