Key  responsibility:

*Control  and  co-ordinate  the  production  activities  to  achieve  AOP  targets;    

*Monitor  work  in  progress  to  ensure  repairs  or  overhauls  meet  airworthiness  requirements;

*Ensure  customer  satisfaction  by  implementing  programs  for  continuous  improvement  to  achieve  Quality,  Speed  and  Cost  Improvement  targets.

*  Actively  coach,  develop  and  provide  performance  feed  back  (Actions  to  associates  and  support  staff)

  

Duties:

*  Ensure  that  the  organization’s  procedures  and  standards  are  adhered  to  when  carrying  out  maintenance;  

*Ensure,  through  the  workforce  under  control,  that  the  quality  of  workmanship  in  the  final  product  is  to  standard  acceptable  to  the  organization  and  the  Airworthiness  Authorities;

*Troubleshoot  operational  problems;

*Co-corporate  with  other  departments  to  ensure  that  the  throughput  meet  requirements  of  both  customers  and  organization.

  

Qualification:

*Major  in  aviation  engineering  with  university  Bachelor  Degree  or  above.

*With  more  then  5  years  relevant  experience  among  which  minimum  2  years  in  managerial  position  in  multi-national  company  Experience  on  the  aircraft  maintenance  managements.

*Mature,  focused  and  analytical;

*Strong  leadership  skills;

*Familiar  with  working  in  a  cross-cultural  environment;

*Good  team  player;

*Fluency  in  written  and  spoken  English.

*Familiar  with  the  civil  aviation  aircraft  maintenance  management  regulations.

*CAAC  Personnel  License  preferred.

*Held  the  CAAC  Civil  Aviation  Aircraft  Maintenance  Management  Personnel  Certificate  (preferred)
