Title:  R&O  Operation  Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1,  lead  operation  of  the  Repair  &  Overhaul  service  center  located  in  Shanghai,  China.  The  service  center  provides  aftermarket  service  and  support  for  ***'s  aerospace  electronic  equipment  and  serves  an  integral  part  of  the  Aerospace  Avionics  and  Electronic  R&O  network.

2,  provide  leadership  to  the  technician  team  and  have  overall  responsibility  for  Repair/Overhaul  operations.

3,  provide  excellence  in  customer  service  quality  and  performance  (turn-time,  delivery,  quality……).  

4,  Help  General  Manger  of  Site  to  develop  short  and  long  range  plans  to  assure  availability  of  resources  in  accordance  with  the  changing  business  environment  and  growth  plans.

5,  Partner  with  engineering,  manufacturing  and  supply  chain  to  ensure  Customer  Satisfaction  and  business  demands  are  addressed  and  maintained.
6,  Identify  and  implement  best  practices  within  R&O  Operations,  Demand  Management,  Planning/Forecasting/Scheduling,  and  cycle  time  reduction  measures.

7,  Develop  new  capability  with  engineering,  support  team  and  Implement  capability  improvement  and  quality  improvements.
8,  Actively  coach,  develop  and  provide  performance  feedback/actions  to  R  &  O  staff.
9,  Serves  as  a  Change  Agent  —  influence,  consult,  and  lead  efforts  for  sharing  and  standardizing  of  best  practices  and  processes,  applying  Lean  and  Six  Sigma  methods.

10.  Responsible  for  HOS  deployment  to  SH  Avi  site,  ensure  the  site  exit  each  phase  per  schedule

Requirements:

1,    Minimum  of  5  years  management  experience  in  an  operations  or  supply  chain  organization,  with  experience  leading  multiple  teams.  

2,  Applicable  BS  Degree  in  Business,  Engineering,  Supply  Chain  or  Operations  Management,  Six  Sigma  and/or  Lean  Green  belt  certified,  Lean  Certification  

3,  Preferred  CAAC  and/or  FAA  repair  and  overhaul  certificate  is  a  plus.  

4,  Demonstrated  experience  driving  for  business  results  and  building  strong  teams  with  positive  employee  relations  

5,  Strong  leadership,  communication,  and  business  partnering  skills  along  with  excellent  negotiation  and  problem  resolution  

6,  Knowledge  of  manufacturing  and  electronic  repair  processes,  Customer  Services  operations,  Supply  Chain  operations  and  quality  management,  preferably  in  aerospace  environment  

7,  Knowledge,  skill,  and  ability  to  implement  Lean  manufacturing  principles  and  other  process  improvement  initiatives.  

8,  Ability  to  lead  changes  and  establishes  operational  metrics  and  key  indicators  for  process  control,  communication,  and  performance  improvement.

9,  Quick-learner,  customer-focused,  results-oriented,  and  an  excellent  team  player
